When do I get paid?

Submission Money

Promoters get paid once their listed event has happened or the winner has been chosen and whatever opportunity that you offered Gig Launch artists has been received by the selected artist.

i.e. artist has played the festival, magazine has been published etc.

How do I log in to may account?

I have Lost my Password

After your fist failed log in attempt, you will see a warning message "sorry incorrect password" and to the right of the message a "recover password" button. By clicking this button an email will be sent to your account email address with your password.

If you cannot remember your password at all - enter any digits into the password field.

My Account

Can I change my password ?
For security purposes account holders are unable to change their passwords. Users can use the remember me feature on your internet browser for convenience. (see also I have lost my password)

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address Log In to your account, go to My Account tab and click the change button. You can also edit your address details here as well. Please remember to click the "update" button when finished.

How do I update my credit card details?

To change your credit card details Log In to your account, go to "My Account" tab, on the left menu click "Credit Card" then click the change button. Please remember to click the "update" button when finished.
